Supplier Management Policy
Flexible production, diversified processes, and outstanding management capabilities
TST Group possesses excellent supplier and order management capabilities, as well as advantages in production locations, maintaining close development activities with brand customers. This allows us to access the latest market information, achieve production flexibility, and offer product diversity, all aimed at meeting customer needs.
Brand Direct-to-Consumer Marketing Model
Production begins only after reaching an agreement with the brand, keeping control within the company rather than allowing garment factories to place orders directly. This approach implements a “brand direct-to-consumer marketing model” while effectively managing the quality of weaving and dyeing processes, enabling timely and rapid fulfillment of customer requirements.
Supplier Evaluation
TST Group conducts annual evaluations of its suppliers, assessing them based on quality, cost, delivery time, service, and other criteria. According to the evaluation results, appropriate actions are planned for different supplier ratings to ensure stable supply and maintain quality.
Joint Commitment of Suppliers
The Company requires suppliers to sign the “Supplier Code of Conduct Commitment Letter” and the “Supplier Anti-Bribery Pledge”, jointly taking responsibility with suppliers for environmental protection, human rights, health and safety, and legal compliance.
Sustainable Development and Corporate Vision
TST Group keeps up with real-time fashion trends, continuously striving for the highest-quality products and the most efficient processes, guided by our core values of Integrity, Fairness, Mutual Benefit, and Innovation.
