Social Responsibility Commitment

No Child Labor
We strictly prohibit the recruitment of children under the age of 15, or under the minimum working age required by local law, or the age for completing compulsory education, adhering to the principle of strictness.

No Forced labor
We strictly prohibit the recruitment of forced labor, including bonded labor, prison labor, modern slavery, human trafficking or other forms of forced labor.

We comply with local laws and regulations to provide fair compensation to employees, exceeding the statutory minimum wage, benefits and overtime pay.

Working Hours
We comply with all applicable local laws and regulations related to working hours, and strictly prohibit the forced OT. Employees work overtime on a voluntary basis, and provide employees with vacations, vacations wage and statutory holidays in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

We provide employees with a safe, healthy and clean working environment, and promote occupational health and safety practices to prevent and reduce occupational diseases, accidents and work-related injuries in the production process.

We adhere to our commitment to transparent operations and will never cooperate with outsourcers without customer approval.

We will never tolerate bribery and corruption in the supply chain and internal operations.

Monitoring & Compliance
We are committed to positive management of the Group's factories and outsourcers, monitoring their risks and compliance to meet regulations, customer requirements and this code of conduct. We implement necessary preventive and corrective actions to promptly correct non-compliance issues and drive continuous improvement. We reserve the right to reduce or terminate the relationship with any unit that refuses to comply with customer requirements or this Code of Conduct.
